For maximum ‘Blue’ - where you really want them to sparkle and stand out from afar use these colours.
Anything in the Golds, Oranges, Peach, Warm Coppery colours will give the most bang here.

My go to is Gold tones. Never fails to make Blue Eyes stand out.
Bronze works very well too.
Using a Gold coloured Eye Pencil as eyeliner is an easy way to pop your eye colour.
